Sheet Mask Series: Tony Moly “I’m Real: Broccoli Mask Sheet”

I am not Korean, nor have I ever been to Korea. However, I am OBSESSED with Korean skincare. Koreans spend more money than any other country on skincare products and I now understand why.

In addition to switching over three quarters of my skincare regimen to Korean products, I have made sheet masks a staple in the routine. They are a great way to address any skin issue you may have in one easy little mask.

For my first review in the skin series I selected Tony Moly’s “I’m Real: Broccoli Mask Sheet.”

Tony Moly has several different kinds of sheet masks as well as an array of skincare and makeup products. Most sheet masks target a specific skin issue from dry skin to acne to anti-aging. I selected this mask since it “provides vitalizing energy to tired skin.” This was much needed for me since I just returned from seeing my boyfriend in Colorado and my skin was a mess from the elevation and the plane ride.

What I like about this mask is how it feels on my face. Some masks can slip right off your face, while others dry right up. This mask provides just the right amount of product.

How long the mask should stay on your face varies. This one was 20-30 minutes, and that time was spent catching up on some of my favorite Buffy episodes.

I did feel that the mask was a bit smaller on my face than other masks (that being said I have always had a big face). I like when a mask can go a bit below my jawline since I get breakouts there the most. This one made that difficult since if I pulled the mask down I would end up with the mask in my eyes or mouth.

I do think that this mask does exactly what it says. My skin looked and felt refreshed and energized after I removed it. I simply padded the excess serum into my skin and was ready to go! Like most Tony Moly Products I was not disappointed.

Rating: 9/10
